Terms of Telehealth Service & Patient Agreement

By accessing DermaCare or submitting an intake questionnaire, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are seeking consultation and medications solely for your own personal use and not for resale or transfer.
• You provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding your medical history, current prescriptions, allergies, and pregnancy status.
• You agree to read all patient information leaflets and manufacturer packaging instructions before applying any topicals.

This service provides a preliminary dermatological consultation and prescription. All treatment suggestions are generated based on patient-reported questionnaires and cross-referenced with clinical dermatology standards.

A formal prescription is legally valid only upon final review and countersignature by an attending licensed physician.

Our prescribers maintain sole clinical discretion to approve, adjust the strength of, or reject any prescription request if they determine that a treatment is clinically inappropriate or contra-indicated.

Prescriptions are dispensed through licensed, registered electronic pharmacies. Medications are genuine, manufacturer-sealed units inspected by duty pharmacists prior to dispatch.

In accordance with UK and international pharmaceutical safety regulations, prescription and compounded medicinal products cannot be returned or reused once dispatched.

If your order is damaged in transit, or if a clinical prescriber declines your prescription request, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
